HUGE! CNN Admits Dominion Voting Software Has Flaws That Can Be Exploited — THEN WHY ARE WE USING THEM?

CNN on Saturday of the holiday weekend admitted that the Dominion Software has flaws that can be exploited.

Then why are we using them? Are we going to start pretending Democrats don’t cheat?

Federal authorities are finally admitting this. But the same officials told CNN that there is no evidence that the machines were tampered with.

The Gateway Pundit has been reporting on Dominion for two years now. It appears officials finally admitted something we already knew.
CNN reported:

Federal cybersecurity officials have verified there are software vulnerabilities in certain ballot-marking devices made by Dominion Voting Systems, discovered during a controversial Georgia court case, which could in theory allow a malicious actor to tamper with the devices, according to a draft analysis reviewed by CNN.

The vulnerabilities have never been exploited in an election and doing so would require physical access to voting equipment or other extraordinary criteria standard election security practices prevent, according to the analysis from the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

But because the subject is Dominion voting equipment, which has been the target of conspiracy theorists who falsely claim there was large-scale fraud in the 2020 election, federal and state and local officials are bracing for election deniers to try to weaponize news of the vulnerabilities ahead of midterm elections.

“While these vulnerabilities present risks that should be promptly mitigated, CISA has no evidence that these vulnerabilities have been exploited in any elections,” reads the draft CISA advisory, which the agency shared in a briefing with state and local officials on Friday.

Governor Newsom Signs Landmark Elections Legislation Making Vote-by-Mail Ballots Permanent for Every Registered Voter

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed legislation making universal vote-by-mail a permanent staple in California, celebrating it as a victory of “increasing voter access.” reported by Breitbart September 27, 2021.

On Monday, Newsom signed Assembly Bill 37, which requires a mail-in ballot to be mailed to every registered voter in the state. This makes the Golden State the eighth state in the union to implement this type of law.

“As states across our country continue to enact undemocratic voter suppression laws, California is increasing voter access, expanding voting options and bolstering elections integrity and transparency,” Newsom claimed, bragging of the “unprecedented steps” taken last year, making universal mail-in voting a widespread reality during the pandemic.

“Today we are making those measures permanent after record-breaking participation in the 2020 presidential election,” the Democrat, who recently survived a recall attempt, added.

Assembly member Marc Berman (D), who authored the bill, extended utmost gratitude to Newsom for signing the measure.
“When voters get a ballot in the mail, they vote,” Berman said. “We saw this in the 2020 General Election when, in the middle of a global health pandemic, we had the highest voter turnout in California since Harry Truman was president.”

“As other states actively look for ways to make it harder for people to vote, California is expanding access to an already safe and secure ballot,” he added, parroting false talking points on states pursuing stronger election integrity measures, which a majority of voters support.

Secretary of State Dr. Shirley Weber also celebrated Newsom’s decision to sign the measure, touting the different ways California voters can now return their ballot — via mail, a drop box, voting center, or polling station.

Despite the commonplace narrative touted by Democrat politicians, poll after poll shows Americans in support of basic election integrity measures — such as providing a valid form of identification — and  rejecting the narrative that such laws are “racist” in nature.

AB 37 makes permanent the measure to send a vote-by-mail ballot to every active registered voter

The Governor also signed legislation increasing transparency and integrity in elections

SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today signed a package of legislation to increase voter access and strengthen integrity in elections, including a bill to send all registered voters a vote-by-mail ballot.

In a move to increase access to democracy and enfranchise more voters, the Governor signed AB 37 authored by Assemblymember Marc Berman (D-Menlo Park), permanently requiring a vote-by-mail ballot be mailed to every active registered voter in the state. The practice of sending vote-by-mail ballots to every registered voter first began in California in 2020, and was extended through 2021, as a safety measure to counteract pandemic-related disruptions and resulted in record voter participation.

“As states across our country continue to enact undemocratic voter suppression laws, California is increasing voter access, expanding voting options and bolstering elections integrity and transparency,” said Governor Newsom. “Last year we took unprecedented steps to ensure all voters had the opportunity to cast a ballot during the pandemic and today we are making those measures permanent after record-breaking participation in the 2020 presidential election. I extend my thanks to Assembly Elections Committee Chair Assemblymember Marc Berman for his leadership on this issue.”

“The bill will permanently expand access and increase participation in our elections by making voting more convenient and meeting people where they are,” said Secretary of State Dr. Shirley Weber. “Vote-by-mail has significantly increased participation of eligible voters. Voters like having options for returning their ballot whether by mail, at a secure drop box, a voting center or at a traditional polling station. And the more people who participate in elections, the stronger our democracy and the more we have assurance that elections reflect the will of the people of California.”

“When voters get a ballot in the mail, they vote,” said Assemblymember Berman. “We saw this in the 2020 General Election when, in the middle of a global health pandemic, we had the highest voter turnout in California since Harry Truman was president. I want to thank Governor Newsom for signing AB 37, ensuring that every active registered voter in California will receive a ballot in the mail before every future election. As other states actively look for ways to make it harder for people to vote, California is expanding access to an already safe and secure ballot.”

Governor Newsom also signed SB 35 authored by Senator Tom Umberg (D-Santa Ana) making changes to the distance within which electioneering and specified political activities near a voting site are prohibited; AB 1367 by Assemblymember Evan Low (D-Campbell) increasing penalties for the egregious personal use of campaign funds to up to two times the amount of the unlawful expenditure; and SB 686 by Senator Steve Glazer (D-Contra Costa) requiring a limited liability company (LLC) that is engaged in campaign activity to provide additional information regarding the members and capital contributors to the LLC.

ACTIONS – WORDS.  BIG DIFFERENCE.

Remember – If Our Votes Don’t Count, We Are Not Free.

~People of California~

~People of California~

It is time we have a Secretary of State who will actually Represent the People, who will actually Commit to The Oath of Office and not abandon it, who will actually Stand For and Defend the People instead of ‘Standing By’ while their freedom is erased – a Secretary of State who will actually Uphold and Defend the California and United States Constitutions, and who is NOT yet another insertion from The Establishment.

It is not in my blood to be a politician, and I will never be one, but it IS in my blood to fight for the rights and freedom of my Family, my Friends and ALL People.

I am committed to Securing Free and Fair Elections and ensuring that the FREEDOM and RIGHTS guaranteed by our California and United States Constitutions are at the forefront of ALL governance.

How? Beginning with my number one action item, I will find and follow the evidence with an unyielding and unwavering course of action to bring the 2020 Presidential Election into full transparency and resolution based on facts substantiated by existing evidence brought forth by key whistleblower(s), forensic investigation(s) and federal filing(s).

As the chief elections officer, I will ensure that the testing and approvals of all voting equipment used in previous and future elections were and are performed according to the law and ensure that every vote was and is counted as it was cast. I will ultimately ensure that our election laws are enforced in retrospect and perpetuity.

I don’t come with a nascar-style list of backers and endorsements, that would make me a politician.  I will not accept ONE DOLLAR from anyone outside of The People.

I DO NOT Want:

GOP support – Corporate backing – or Big-name Celebrity Endorsements.

Heck No.

I Want the Endorsement of the People

The most important Endorsement that exists.

WhenWe The People Govern.  We The People Win.

YOUR most powerful tool to exercise your FREEDOM is YOUR VOTE.  When Your Vote is erased, so is your Freedom.  If your vote doesn’t count (as cast), then you are NOT Free.

I Will Embrace My Oath of Office

Not abandon it or abandon You, and I will Secure Fair, True Elections   where Your Votes Count and Your Voices are Heard.

Remember, if our votes don’t count, we are not free.

No More, Never Again.
